Challenge:

  • Diwali is a festival of celebration & gifting loved ones. During this season, Brands create unique & exciting offers for customers to leverage them. Among the festivities Senco Jewellers wanted to create walk-ins to their stores and enable their customers to personalize their festival greetings.

Solution:

  • An innovative Gen AI-driven initiative for Dhanteras and Diwali, offering Senco consumers the chance to receive a personalized prayer video, seeking divine blessings from Goddess Lakshmi, and an opportunity to win a gold coin.

  • · The Brand had onboarded the chief priest from Birla Temple and performed voice capturing and model training for his images.

  • ·  A microsite was created and via database marketing, personalized emails were sent across to existing customers.

  • · They could log into the website and send personalized wishes & Prayer videos to friends and family. The campaign was also promoted through social media, Gold certificates were designed, printed, and given to customers visiting the stores.

Result:

  • The Campaign had achieved 3,00,000+ impressions with a total participation of 14,921 people with 6280 verified entries and 4841 genuine entries.
