  • Due to its high cost, dealerships may limit test drive opportunities, reducing engagement.

  • The Brand also identified a gap in product knowledge among sales consultants specific to this vehicle.

  • With luxury buyers seeking a digital-first or concierge-style experience, the lack of immersive digital tools can hinder meaningful engagement.

Solution:

  • Showcase the car at the customer’s preferred location using Augmented Reality (AR)

  • By simply opening the app, selecting the camera option, and pointing it at any location, the Vellfire model is rendered on-screen in augmented reality.

  • Customers can  interact with the life-sized 3D model—exploring its features, color variants, and design elements.

  • Through intuitive touchscreen controls and interactive hotspots, they can seamlessly navigate both the interior and exterior, gaining a deeper understanding of the vehicle’s luxury, technology, and  design.

Results:

  • Designed for a niche audience, the AR app allowed customers to experience the Vellfire wherever and whenever they preferred, offering clarity and resolving queries instantly to support quicker purchase decisions.
