Integrate Facial Recognition Technology with existing LMS to authenticate and monitors candidates attending the assessments.
Existing LMS has a repository of candidate profiles.
The candidate logs in for the test, prompts the video camera and & the device is activated.
Through Face recognition technology the authenticity of the candidate is verified and submitted.
During the assessment process the technology also tracks the movement of the face, eyes, and head to check for malpractices.
Results:
The solution eased the Brand to conduct assessments effectively and save time without any hassles.
The technology was further extended to attendance capture across various departments in the company.
Toyota’s entire workforce—including Sales, Service, GR, and U-Trust—is now leveraging this solution.
