  • Automobile Brands are highly competitive and therefore offer innumerable choices which overwhelm customers in their research for an ideal car.

  • Consumers may seldom find it possible to collate required information for quick and easy decision making,

  • Hyundai wanted a solution to enable any customer who comes to their website looking for information about their cars and trying to book a test drive.

Solution:

  • Create a Personalized AI Sales Agent to interact with customers and solve their queries with accurate information and visual representation.

  • ·A pilot project was created for Brand. A Humanoid Sales Agent was developed for Hyundai that could be launched on their website or delivered in a link through email communication and marketing.

  • Consumer could click on the link to launch the Humanoid window and interact with the same through speech. Customer was required to enter their name, location, and choice of model

  • The Humanoid could initiate a conversation with personalized salutations and maintain a personal touch throughout the session.

  • The Customer was able to speak about specific requirements and ask for information, every single detail was fetched by AI and visually displayed for the customer’s satisfaction.

Results:

  • Through Personalized AI Humanoid, Hyundai was able to enhance customer satisfaction, engage the customer to provide right information.

  • Hyundai was also able to improve lead to sale conversion rates and create long term loyalty.

  • This setup enabled Hyundai to understand customer behaviour as customer reactions, facial gestures and expressions were captured in the video.

  • This data enabled the Brand and their sales consultant to understand the customer’s interest in a better manner. They were able to decrease the sales cycle span by closely catering to the customer’s requirement.
